  The girls who work here are entirely unprofessional. Not wearing hats or aprons, their hair is down in their face. These girls spend their time making tiktok’s on work hours. Their boss should be made aware because it is so unprofessional, especially the type of videos they post. An inspection of this establishment I feel would fail if these individuals are working.

  Wow wow wow. The absolute rudest staff person I've ever encountered on the phone tonight. Ordered a sandwich online to pick up and when we went in nothing was mentioned about the veggie patty we ordered not being available. Turns out it was discontinued and the staff decided to add extra cheese to the sandwich and extra veggies instead but never mentioned it to my husband. I got home and called to say something and the girl who answered was so rude and defensive. She said they tried to call and no one answered. (Could show call logs to prove this is a lie.) She said the patty was discontinued so what could she do about it. I remarked that telling my husband who was in the store buying another sub for my child would have been a great start. And then instead of being rude and defensive on the phone she could say wow I'm so sorry we didn't communicate that to you and you got the wrong sandwich. She argued I didn't get the wrong sandwich, she made it exactly as ordered minus the discontinued patty. She repeatedly said what do you want me to about it aggressively. And mentioned refunding me the $1.50 (we used a buy a footlong and get a 6" for 1.99 coupon). She ended it saying I was being rude and defensive and she had customers to help and hung up on me. Just the most absolutely rude ignorant staff member I've ever met. Of course you would be upset if you ordered a ham sandwich and there was no ham! Of course being notified would be nice. Anyway I'm sure they'll just be more defensive and attack this review. I will make the trip to friendlier Subways in the future to avoid such a miserable staff person. In the past I remember the owner being quite nice. I hope she may see this and coach her staff on being kind and how a simple apology can go a long way if something gets messed up.
