  “Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employee was rude, careless, and completely uninterested in doing their job. My order was wrong, my questions were ignored, and I was treated like an inconvenience for simply being there. No apology, no effort, no professionalism. This person named Manbir shouldn’t be working with customers at all. Zero stars is generous.”

  I had a wonderful experience at McDonald’s thanks to the staff member Gursimran who provided outstanding customer service. He was extremely polite, patient, and attentive, making sure my order was accurate and served with a smile. Their friendly attitude and professionalism truly made my visit enjoyable. It’s rare to see such dedication and warmth, and it really reflects well on the team. Keep up the great work!

  I am from Vancouver and have travelled here for a work project. It's Xmas day and I have no work today and don't want to sit inahotel all day,so my husband and I came here at around 5pm for dinner and to just relax as it's dead. First off the restaurant is filthy and smells like a toilet, literally. You can compare this to when you, if you are lucky enough to get the only set of keys to all bathrooms, I went into the ladies bathroom and almost threw up from the smell. It is the most disgusting bathroom I've ever seen in a McDonald's franchise anywhere. On top of this. We have ordered coffee's and now just finished dessert and I asked to use the bathroom and the East Indian manager on staff tells me that the bathrooms are now closed for the night. I asked why and her response was because they are closing the dining room early tonight at 10pm. I'm like it's 7:45pm and your bathrooms are close for the the remaining 2 hours and 15 minutes. I said I need to go and I'm waiting for my husband to get back from a store. She told me that they had already cleaned them so I can't use them. That's Ludacris as I'm sitting right beside these bathrooms and they have not been cleaned. Even if that were the case, why could I not use them? On top of this, this is how the staff treat customers here as well as this restaurant and it's reputation. You stand at the counter for ten minutes before someone even acknowledges you, there are receipts everywhere, and again...the smell is bad. I am being very kind with my words. But I suggest you hire some competent staff, freshen this place up and explain why there is another pissed off customer now using their entrance for a bathroom. I'm reporting this place to the health board.

  typical sechelt mcdonald’s, couldn’t have peeved me off more this morning!!! 2 MELTED & OPEN BUTTER PACKS in the bottom of the bag?!?! you should be paying to detail my car.

  Its a good 💯 Some peoples are posted negative feedback 😕 Some time extremely disappointed to some peoples feedback.... But I really visited in this restaurant 😄 Its very Good 👍 Staff is very Good Specially manbir thanks 🙏 to all Yours service
