  KFC always hits. Chicken was fresh, crispy, and packed with flavor. Staff was friendly and the order came out quick. Definitely one of the better locations I’ve been to!

  I went there yesterday and service was great . Food was excellent and staff were soo friendly . Love to visit again.

  I used to frequent KFC; however, I found that their food had become dripping with grease. The last two times I was at this KFC the food was phenomenally great. No grease could be found and the food was hot and fresh. Best KFC food I have had in a long time. Great job. I enjoyed it so much. I went back a second time in the same week. It’s nice to see a restaurant go from totally poor to fantastically great. I will continue to eat at your establishment. Many thanks for the great effort and success.

  I basically love macdee but when i went kfc yesterday a employee named sukhpreet mani she was too nice to me and the way she treats customers was too polite i think now i will shift to kfc 🤟🤟

  I was advised last might that the meals and corresponding numbers listed on the drive thru menu does not appear in their computer system. Not sure how someone is supposed to order anything through drive thru then. The staff were polite and very busy but there is zero staff dealing with customers who walk in the restaurant. Nice Reno but won’t be returning to this place.
