  The person taking the order had trouble understanding English and taking our order. The chicken was gross, unsure what some of the pieces even were and it was rubbery like it had been cooked more than once.

  I had a really great experience at the KFC Taco Bell location. It’s the perfect place when you’re craving both crispy fried chicken and bold Mexican-style flavors in one stop. The food was fresh, hot, and served quickly. The fried chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy inside, just how KFC should be. On the Taco Bell side, the tacos and burritos were packed well, full of flavor, and not messy or soggy like you sometimes get at other places. The staff were friendly, patient, and handled orders efficiently even during busy hours. The restaurant was clean, including the tables and service area, which made the dine-in experience comfortable. What I really like about this combo location is the variety — you can mix and match meals depending on your mood. It’s great for groups too because everyone can get something different. Overall, tasty food, quick service, and good value for money. Definitely a spot I’d visit again when fast food cravings hit.

  This is hands down the worst KFC branch I’ve ever been to. The staff have zero work ethic — lazy, unmotivated, and completely uninterested in doing their jobs. Customer service is basically nonexistent. No urgency, no care, no accountability. You feel like you’re bothering them just by ordering food. On top of that, orders take forever. Even simple orders come with ridiculous wait times, and no one bothers to explain or apologize. The staff just stand around like time doesn’t matter. The cleanliness is terrible. Tables, floors, and overall hygiene are clearly neglected, which is unacceptable for a place serving food. It honestly felt unsanitary and uncomfortable to eat there. This location is a bad reflection on the KFC brand. Management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows in the service, the cleanliness, and the absurd wait times. I would strongly recommend avoiding this branch unless serious changes are made. KFC can do better — this place just doesn’t try.

  Don’t waste your time no till service , the system shares your info with your credit card or bank info . Chilliwack kfc has to be on a lower level than the one on Davis street in van
