- MMM MDec 28, 20251.0I just wanted to advise you that our experience at the 45367 Luckakuck Way location was the worst restaurant experience I may have ever had. We ordered: 10 Wings 1 Festive Wrap 2 Festive Fizz sodas with the drink bomb. We received: 10 old, cold, small rock hard wings 1 original wrap (that was more of an open face taco with the effort that was put into “wrapping” it) as we were advised upon arrival that they didn’t have stuffing to make the festive wrap we ordered. No compensation offered. 2 large fountain drinks (that were essentially just water as the syrup in the machine was so low it was basically straight soda water) as we were advised once the food was ready - not when the other change was made, but after waiting for preordered food to be made late - that they “never received” the drink bomb portion of the drink. Again no compensation was ever offered for this change either. The quality of food at this location pre-renovation was abysmal at best, but being a fan of KFC in general, we were excited to give it a second chance now that it has reopened. New building, same shit. It’s deplorable.

- MMMalhiaDec 7, 20251.0Hi had went to KFC at the Sardis location yesterday at the drive thru and placed an order for zinger box meal and two poutines when I got home the foods gravy was thick and disgusting my girls being hungry ate it still my zinger burgers bun hard on one side we ate half and rest went in the trash. Middle of the night my both girls wake up vomiting the food out and me in the morning also vomiting the food. This is seriously food poisoning the staff doesn’t care doesn’t listen give food that’s not the same standard as it was way back 20 years ago never eating here again. Atleast Mary brown serves hot fresh food not like kfc give stale roten food
