  I have never tried ordering my sausage McMuffin double toasted, but usually the English muffin comes out as anaemic and floppy as the hashbrown cake… I’m not really complaining because I got what I asked for, but didn’t really expect it to be charbroiled, cremated, or completely blackened on the edges and tasting burnt. At least it was still soft and edible in the middle. I think they need new toasters! #BuyerBeware

  Came inside to order food, i got a chicken wrap in morning it was labelled chicken and it had sausage egg inside. Order date: Mon, april6th 2026, time 9:00 am I called the restaurant no answer. This is stupid, they are serving off thier orders off the screen before i am even served, idek if my order is there or not. This is not the level of service i expect

  What appeared to be a plain clothed manager or owner was walking around the kitchen and dining area during a rush time. Which is fine only he was eating a handful of peanuts in the shell and cracking them as he walked. This is a MASSIVE allergen health risk to do in a kitchen that doesn’t serve nuts.

  My friend left a bag at the McDonald's and asked me to grab when I asked for the bag back the first lady said I had to identify the bag. I wasn't able to so I checked with my friend. When I went back they were super rude and refused to give me the bag and then said they didn't have it. The police will be getting called for this as clearly staff stole it. They have cameras and refused to check or even talk to me when asked them to check again

  Claim to be open at 5am for restaurant and 24 hour drive through. I’ve gone by several times late at night hoping for drive through and the whole place is dark and the drive through is obviously closed. Also tried unsuccessfully to grab a coffee just after 5am and that has also been a no go. Google claims that the hours posted were confirmed by phone 2 weeks ago. Not sure why McDonald’s would confirm this when it’s not true. I now grab my early morning coffee elsewhere.
