The tables are often dirty and sticky, making it hard to find a clean place to sit. On top of that, the bathrooms are usually a mess, and for some reason, the door to the outside patio is sometimes locked. You really want that blizzard, but overall the experience is just a letdown.

Handing Food and Payment Machine that is handled by customers is wild....will report.
