Today I bought a wrap, but my experience was not good. The staff member who served me was very rude while speaking to me when preparing my food. After I paid and finished eating, I checked my receipt and noticed I was charged extra.
I went back to the store to ask about it. She told me she charged me for avocado paste that she “forgot to add.” I said okay, but when I checked the total again, I was still being overcharged even after considering that item.
Then she told me that prices are higher because it’s an airport location. That is not acceptable — prices should be clear and consistent with the menu. There was no proper explanation, and the attitude was unprofessional.
Other staff members are usually very nice, but this particular employee was rude and unhelpful. I hope management looks into this issue.

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed an order online, and when my brother and I went to pick it up, a staff member told us that there was no order under my name and directed us to the international side.
We then called the Subway at the international side, but they also said they couldn’t find our order. Shortly after, this location called us back and informed us that they actually had our order, but it was missed because a staff member did not hear my name properly.
Unfortunately, we had a flight that day, and this confusion caused us to be delayed. The situation could have been avoided with better communication and attention from the staff.
Overall, I am very disappointed with the service and would not recommend this location.

Subways at airports aren't known for high quality.
The man working here didn't really acknowledge me during our interaction. I had to repeat myself a couple times.
Bread was very stale like a Subway at a shopping mall.
I paid just over $11 CAD for a veggie delite.
I won't eat here again unless only this and A&W are open.

Even though for footlong bun they just gave 1 paper napkin with it thats why I felt its cheap service as well and the server looks like talking rude , I felt she was tired on serving

Very bad experience with my online order at Subway YVR Domestic. The order wasn’t ready on time, the staff were rude and ignored customers, and they failed to follow the allergy notes included with the order. When questioned, they tried to cover it instead of handling it properly. Allergy safety and respectful service are basic expectations, especially at an airport. Disappointing.
