  The crew here are totally clueless. Printer broke on the machine and the staff can’t find my order. I’ve recited the order to them like 6 times and they’re still asking what I ordered. Edit: Took like 10 minutes to get a refund when I didn’t receive food, I had to yell at the kitchen staff to get a manager to come out.

  I visited the Richmond McDonald’s drive-thru recently and had a really disappointing experience. It took around 15–20 minutes just to get my order, with a long lineup of cars waiting. This isn’t even the first time I’ve experienced this, it seems to be an ongoing issue at this location. What even worse is that only two employees seemed to be working during a clearly busy time. They looked completely exhausted and overwhelmed, yet still trying their best to keep things moving. This reflects very poorly on the owner and management. Running a high-traffic location like this with only two staff is unacceptable and shows a complete lack of responsibility. It feels like profits are being prioritized over both customer experience and basic working conditions for employees. The workers are not at fault here, they were doing their best under pressure. But the way this store is being run is simply not okay. If the owner can’t staff the place properly, they shouldn’t be running such a busy location in the first place.

  Order for 3 people and she doesn't bring drinks. "Oh you ordered drinks?" "Yeah says right there on the receipt and naturally with that much food you'd think there would be drinks" Still takes another 5 minutes. Food is awful but the service is the worst. Tired of paying to babysit people who are too challenged or lazy to do their job.

  The ordering via a food kiosk can take a bit of time when the system or restaurant is busy and you put in your order code. Offers may come up as expired if it is close to midnight. However, you can make alternatives like add creams and sugars to your coffees, ensure no salt options for fries, remove ice from soft drinks and iced coffee, and more. You also need to watch for mobile app offers only that can be applied at the kiosks. The good thing is your order number will show up on the order board as it is being processed. Also, if you're an older person or person with disabilities, the staff will often bring your food to your table even if you haven't requested table service at the onset.

  I visit this place often and I like their service and food. Very busy place but minimal wait time
