  One of the nicest set of staff I’ve experience at a McDonalds ever. Patient, kind, and thoughtful. I think it rubbed off on everyone.

  disgusting service almost 6 girls and a man working in morning they have zero attention on customers or deliveries the indian lady wears white shirt we think she is part of management zero management she was just rolling her eyes only i hope owner of this business body pay attention and teach some lessons to this lady

  So I went thru drive thru for 2 dine breakfast meals . And while waiting for my food , I gently asked how much would a syrup cost . Well this woman turned to me and told me they dont give syrup unless buying pancakes . Honestly this is the first time this has ever happened or have I ever heard that . First off , I asked because its usually something I get with my meals , its just been a little bit since I've last stopped for breakfast . Its not like I wanted it for free .. sometimes I have even gotten it for free .

  I was surprised to be charged for the breakfast takeout bag, as I do not believe a bag should be charged for a takeout order. The indialady with the long ponytail insisted that I had to pay for it — I guess it must be such a busy job that basic courtesy and attention to small details are hard to manage. I would appreciate it if this could be reviewed and corrected.

  I rarely visit this location, but each time I do, the level of service is consistently disappointing. At the drive-thru, there is little to no basic customer interaction no greeting, no order confirmation, and minimal acknowledgment overall. It feels dismissive and unprofessional. On my most recent visit, I placed a large order for my family. I was told at the window that the order had not been received, despite already being charged and having a receipt emailed to me. When I asked how this would be resolved, the manager responded, “that’s not my problem.” This response was unacceptable. Not only was there a clear issue with the transaction, but the lack of accountability and professionalism from management made the situation worse. I expect significantly better customer service, especially when it involves handling a customer’s money. This experience has made me reconsider returning to this location.
