  Manager was very rude named Joana I been picking by up for years and she told me that iam a scammer .! Not very good attitude for business. She stands out to be arrogant and attacking drivers who simply working hard just to be called scammers .! For some junk

  Bill the Franchisee along with his Manager's have NO RESPECT for their customers nor listening abilities! Managers are rude, and because I refused to park my car in a Mobile Pick Up stall to wait for my fries with NO car behind me in the drive thru, he called the RCMP on me. How mature and Bill the owner chose not to return my calls even after I called Simon at McDonald's head office. Instead of apologizing or asking to see the video of his Managers threatening behaviour he asked me if I was to blame. I have shared the video online with many and the consensus is he should replace Ronald as McDonald's new ambassador. Stay away, the reviews speak volumes and it was another Franchisee who gave me Simon's # at head office. I guess Bill is well known for his lackluster customer service.

  ATTENTION MCDONALDS NO 2 road manager! PLS HIGHLIGHT FOR CUSTOMERS YOU DONT HAVE LUNCH MENU ON UBER EATS DOOR DASH SKIP THE DISHES TILL 9am . As a driver i go to your restaurant only for staff to say, sorry we dont have lunch menu toll 9am but customer is allowed to place the order on the apps? Pls fix this! Wasting drivers time.

  i would say this is the best McDonald branch so far I ever had in Vancouver. ordered a fillet O fish, apple pie and coffee the fillet O fish is taste so fresh, right cook , not dry or harsh. the bun is so soft … the whole thing just so right! it reminds me my childhood when always like the fillet O fish. please keep it like this and as it should be … the place here are clean and hygienic, tidy 👍🏾 and the staffs are friendly 🫶🏾

  I really wanted to give this location another chance alongside with the steveston location during the hours of 4-6am, but they always disappoint. Coffee tastes like they're reusing old coffee grounds. Constantly getting my order wrong, and just asking me to park outside and wait even though there is no one around 5am. It's just specifically these hours the service and food is dreadful. Go to the airport location instead if you can.
