  Service is horrible. I was at the front of the line and they left me there for 20 minutes. When they responded, they were rude and dis regarded me. The floors were wet and muddy near the drink machine. They didn't even bother to clean it, they put a wet sign in the middle

  I experienced a disappointing visit at this McDonald’s location. I had to wait approximately 20 minutes for my food, during which time staff repeatedly walked past me without acknowledging or assisting me. This lack of customer service made the wait feel even longer and frustrating. Additionally, there was a large muddy puddle in the area that had not been cleaned, instead, a wet floor sign was placed without addressing the issue. Overall, the experience did not meet expected standards of cleanliness or customer care.

  Weekend morning drive-thru orders are often wrong even after repeating soo many times, and staff can be rude when corrected. 👎🏻 Please improve order taking and customer service.

  Got Sour Milk from this store, parents beware. It seems like the milk may have been left unrefrigerated for too long.

  Not the best Mcdonald’s in richmond Not very clean and not the friendliest staff Got a parking ticket by parking on the wrong side of the parking lot so be aware.
