  Was great experinece. I bought a meal from the store. But because of my mistake i dropped my drink on floor. But the manager was so generous, she offered me another cup. It was nice experinence. I hope all the KFC have same standards

  Staff are rude and always gossiping to coworkers instead of doing actual work. Food wise, they give the smallest pieces and make you wait 30 minutes for a 2 piece combo while they server 5 other people who came in after you. Terrible customer service and no respect for actual customers.

  I ordered KFC through Uber Eats. When I received the order, there was a paper bag with a box of fried chicken inside, and a bottle of drink was placed on top of the chicken box. The drink crushed the chicken box. There was no seal on either the paper bag or the chicken box, so I have no way of knowing whether the delivery person opened it or not. This is very unprofessional and unhygienic.
