When I returned them to the store, the staff refunded my money but didn't apologize or show any acknowledgment of the mistake. I felt frustrated by the lack of customer service and courtesy. A simple apology would have gone a long way in resolving the issue."

The service was extremely poor — the staff wouldn’t allow me to sit down unless I bought food, which felt very unwelcoming. They also charge for cups, and even the washroom is restricted unless you’re a paying customer. This is not what I expect from a Subway. I would not recommend this location to anyone looking for decent customer service.
