Never ever have I experienced this kind of attitude in any of the subway’s. Upon asking for the owner or the manager’s card, she refused. If the owner is reading this, you might want to check up on people whom you are hiring. Absolute unacceptable. The employee had this attitude of doing me a favor. Just to remind you, it’s the other way around, especially now with so many subway’s around. Please check, otherwise you will be losing customers left, right and centre, the way you’ve lost me as a customer.

Ordered a combo and wanted a bag of the fries and gravy Lay's chips. Person said I can pick from the front counter, which did not have these chips. The chips I wanted were stacked on a rack behind the counter. When I asked for a bag behind her, the person said I could not have a bag because it was a promo? I said that I saw other people at other Subway having it. This person then asked a colleague who said it was OK. The person then angrily grabbed a bag, knocking another bag on the floor in the process, and put it on the counter with no personal acknowledgement. Rude. In the end, its a Subway but guess I was expecting better service and better preparation on my sandwich.

The sandwiches were prepared in a beautiful manner, the ingredients that were used were fresh, and they tasted good. The employees were very courteous, fast and made the cycle easy and enjoyable. The service was fast and not in a harried way and the general ambiance quite comfortable. This place is very regular and dependable -the place to go when you want a plain, down to earth meal.
