Today i placed an online order at 5:20, went inside around 5:35 and didn’t receive my food until 6. Completely unacceptable. The point of online ordering is that you don’t have time to go in, order, pay. I was in a rush so placed an online order and not only did they take 40 mins to make it but it tastes horrible. I asked for extra sauce, extra pickles and didn’t receive either. I understand, if it was busy but they had 3 customers come in that 25 mins i was inside. Do better

The ingredients were super fresh, the veggies actually looked crisp and colourful, and my sandwich was made exactly the way I wanted. The staff was friendly and patient while I decided on toppings, and they were very generous with everything (which I totally appreciate 😂). The restaurant was clean, quick service, and everything tasted amazing – especially the bread, so soft and fresh! Definitely one of the best Subway visits I’ve had in a long time. Will absolutely come back again! 😄🥪✨
