  No refill on your soda, we need to wait almost 10 minutes to get our order. The waste full and nobody cleaning.

  I’m very disappointed with my recent visit to McDonald's. I found a food fly in the water that was served to me. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and hygiene standards. I expect better quality control and food safety from such a well-known brand. I hope management looks into this issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again.

  Outstanding Experience at the McDonald's - My husband and I stopped in for dinner while on our way to the airport, and we were genuinely wowed by the experience. We arrived a bit early for our flight’s arrival and decided to visit this location in Richmond — and we’re so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was exceptional. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, warm, and welcoming. The food came out super hot and fresh, and you could feel the positive energy throughout the restaurant. We also noticed the manager on duty, Baljit and Rajvir. Their cheerful, uplifting presence set the tone for the entire team. She was smiling, engaged, and it was clear that her staff felt comfortable and motivated around her. The whole team worked so hard to make guests feel appreciated, and it absolutely showed. The restaurant itself was spotless — including the washrooms — which we really appreciated. We live in Maple Ridge, so we don’t get to Richmond very often unless we’re headed to the airport, but this visit left such an impression that we will definitely be stopping by again on our next trip through the area. A huge thank-you to Manager Baljit and the entire team. You truly impressed us and made our day. Keep up the amazing work!

  Needed a late night washroom and they were open and nice at 5:40am plus we grab some breakfast. Very happy with the service for our early journey needs.

  Not sure what is wrong with this McDonald’s ? I called 6x and the lady pretends she doesn’t hear me- calls me back the 7th time to not even say a single word to me lol I’m just asking what uno cards they have and they constnstly hang up on me without even letting me speak? The calling me back and saying nothing is even more ridiculous lol
