  ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE I don’t even know where to begin. The front counter person (only one staff on) taking the orders was also the person getting the orders ready. This was DEFINITELY NOT KF CHICKEN!!!! The skin was soggy not crispy absolutely NO FLAVOUR!!! It tasted like frozen chicken purchased from the freezer section of the grocery store. It was not freshly prepared as for each order the person would go in the back and next thing you heard was a “ding” like that of a microwave. Stupid me that should have been my clue they something was very wrong. ANYWAY A WARNING!!! BEWARE This should not be a KFC shop!!!

  I wish I could give zero stars. I ordered from you guys on Uber Eats. The bag was torn open and the food items all askew inside. I also ordered a Diet Pepsi as I can’t have sugar, but you sent a regular Pepsi. Basically it’s all going in the trash and I need to go find another meal from another restaurant. You guys messed up so many orders in the past year…. Not coming back.

  This KFC Richmond food spot absolutely nails it! From the moment you walk in, the place feels clean, welcoming, and efficient. The staff is friendly and moves quickly without ever making you feel rushed. The food is the real star, hot, fresh, and packed with flavor every single time. The chicken burgers and chicken bucket are juicy, the fries are perfectly crispy, and even the simple items taste like they were made with care. Orders come out fast and accurate, which makes it perfect whether you’re in a hurry or just craving something satisfying. Great value for the price and consistently reliable, this is hands down one of the best fast food experiences around Richmond. Highly recommend!
