  By far the worst kfc location in terms of flavor. Ordered a bucket of spicy chicken with gravy and flavor was tasteless. Seems like they forgot to put seasoning even with the gravy.

  Best KFC and I have been eating KFC all my life. They use big pieces of chicken not like Richmond Mall outlet. Spicy is the best. No one who works at a fast food joint in Richmond can speak english so get used to it

  By far the worst run KFC I have had the displeasure of visiting. Staff was absolutely useless, rude and unprofessional. I tried to use a coupon from the "entertainment book" only to be rudely told that I couldn't use it there even though it had their address on it. She then ignored me and started helping the next person. Saw the same lady a week prior telling another person that they wouldn't accept a different coupon that was valid till that day. Seems like they just want you in the door.

  I bought a burger tonight, which was supposed to have tomatoes, but when I got home, I realized there were none. When I called, I was told the store had run out. I can understand if ingredients are sometimes unavailable, but why not mention it before the customer places an order? It’s fine if there are no tomatoes, but there wasn’t even a simple apology—just a bunch of explanations. On top of that, my fries were cold. Not only were they not fresh, but why would you serve customers cold fries? The person who answered the phone, Puneeti, had a really poor attitude. Although she did offer a solution, her service attitude seriously needs improvement. Honestly, I probably won’t go back to this KFC again.
