The quality of service has slacked and for the $$ that ive spent in there for last 2 visits its unacceptable, $14 on shakes and they dont even have a chocolate taste to them . Yes maybe i should be more diligent and check the order but i am paying for a service and yes its not a perfect world BUT! thats 2 visits in a row. I guess its time to move on and find another place to spend my money .
