  The portion is wrong. The bowls fill flat, the burrito is small, the ingredients are soggy and scraped from bottom of the tubs, staff just stands around when the tables are all dirty and no one occupies them. Washrooms are all wet and slippery dirty, the chips are NOT fresh made, it’s like store bought and repackaged. Very disappointed. Compare this with Metrotown location is like night and day difference. Never coming to this until management crack down and look closely of the operation and corrective action is urgently needed!!

  I normally don't really review fast food restaurants unless they really mess up my order, however I was approached by seems to be the manager of the store asking to give them a Google review. (good from the manager) I already knew from before that this chipotle had terrible Google review like way below 2.5 so Chipotle HQ is probably asking them to fix it as it looks very bad on the name. Here's my honest opinion. Don't be cheap and greedy, every time I order rice, I would have to ask for an extra scoop if not two as the portion are so minimal, so are the portion for mild salsa etc. I understand protein are extra pay for extra scoop but I feel that I will be charged extra too if I were to ask for an extra scoop as the protein is also very minimal. I hope this store can learn from honest reviews and hopefully will listen to their customers from these complaints too. I am not a heavy eater but just seeing how little they give you feels like getting ripped off and scammed. And I do hope this store will improve based on past complaints as well. I will be generous to give a 4 star as of now as I know they are in need of better reviews but once I see an improvement, I would happily give them a 5 star

  I love the chipotle very much but would like to share my experience at the Richmond the atmosphere was very good and the staff was so helping. Jay and Parth I know those two guys were so friendly and helping me to suggest the best food for me and the other staff like Navjot and Rajbeer were maintaining the cleanliness for healthy purpose.

  I went to this Chipotle location for the first time and I was impressed by the restaurant. The store was super clean and the service was very fast. Saransh helped me make a bowl of my choice and suggested the chips and red chimichuri and it blew my taste buds!! The person at the cash register had such a warm smile, he made me laugh, I felt so comfortable. He was also very handsome, which I feel like added to my experience. I usually don't post reviews but I'm just that impressed! 🌶️ Definitely going their every week! I spent $15 and it was enough food that I ate it 3 times that day. Thank you, I appreciate your service! 🥗
