  I am a regular customer and have generally been satisfied with the quality of your ice cream in the past. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding a recent purchase. Today, I bought a Sundae priced at $7.29without tax, and the texture was noticeably different from what I have experienced before. The ice cream was unusually light and airy—almost like a soufflé or mousse—rather than the dense, creamy, and smooth texture I would normally expect. It felt overly soft, lacked richness, and melted very quickly. This made the overall experience quite disappointing, especially considering the price point. From my past experience, I understand that factors such as machine temperature or air incorporation may affect the texture. However, the product I received did not meet the expected standard or consistency. I hope you can look into this issue and ensure better quality control. I would also appreciate any explanation or resolution you can offer regarding this experience.

  Delivery by DD, good timing and not melted. 1st time app for DQ was pleased. Pizza brownie. They do charge $3-4 more than buying directly from restaurant plus delivery charges & service fees etc.

  Worker was on her phone, looked annoyed that I wanted to order. Ordered a small dipped cone and worker seriously gave this to me with a straight face. There is zero care for client satisfaction.
