  I had an issue with my order, went in to talk to them to see if they could fix it. The guy at the till was very rude, and when I asked for a manager he said he was the owner. Sad to see such a good business run like this.I won't be going back.

  I like how giant chicken strips they give and their original crispy chicken is big. I would definitely give 5 stars for the portion. Staff is very friendly too.

  Before believing every negative review online, it’s important to remember there are always two sides to a story. As a regular customer, I feel compelled to share what I personally witnessed about below review. The review posted does not accurately reflect what happened. The staff handled the situation calmly and professionally, and told the reviewer to re-make everything but got declined, so the customer was given a full refund — something that was not mentioned in the review. The employees remained professional throughout, which honestly impressed me. What truly shocked me was the level of disrespect displayed. The customer was loudly swearing on everybody, even bringing his 90-year-old mother into his outbursts in front of other guests. As a human being, I cannot tolerate that kind of behavior in a public place, especially around families and seniors. He was also angrily ranting about unrelated things like Revelstoke town, gas prices, and other frustrations. It did not appear to be about the actual service provided. Out of curiosity, I looked at his review profile and noticed a consistent pattern of 1-star reviews for many restaurants in town. That suggests this may not be an isolated issue but a broader pattern. Just sharing what I saw so others can make informed judgments.

  No wonder this location has nobody in it ask for crispy chicken and fries got neither one small packet dip for ranch lol could you make them smaller. Ask to re do manager or worker gave attitude and small portion of fries in basket bought a small fries and pop 27 dollars yikes really disappointed in this location will never go back plus freezing 🥶 in restaurant turn the heat on.. can this location closing soon.

  I recently ordered a cake and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. The cake was incredibly rich in flavor, and beautifully designed. Not only did it look stunning, but it tasted even better! The sweetness was perfectly balanced, and every bite felt fresh and high quality. It was the highlight of our celebration. Highly recommend! They have a variety of in store made cakes.
