I said no. After several requests I announced to your employee that I have Alzheimer’s disease and can’t comply I should not have to discuss my personal health to get service in your store.

I was hunting all over town to try and find a certain brand sauce, and he even called me back once he found it to let me know the store had it, he took it to the front for me, wrote a sticky note to make it easy for his coworkers to help as well if he wasn’t available when I came in. Seriously fantastic customer service, so helpful, I hope Guneet gets a shot out for his awesome work and helpfulness!!!

I forgot to bring my rewards card and was told by a staff member that if I kept the receipt, I could return later to have the rewards added to my card. Based on that assurance, I completed the transaction, returned home, and then made a special trip back with my rewards card. However, when I returned, I was told that nothing could be done. I understand store policies may vary, but what was frustrating was being misinformed by the staff initially, which led to unnecessary inconvenience. I expected better communication and accountability from the team.
