  1 star cuz i can’t give a zero. closes at 8:30, in to order at 7:30. told no chicken or strips. when asked for how long was told “for the night as we close at 8:30” i kindly pointed out “but it’s only 7:30” and was told we have to clean up. well you close at 7:30 then. absolutely ridiculous. i worked i. the food service industry for decades and if you close at 8:30 you serve food till then. what a joke.

  I've had nothing but issues ordering from this place. And it's too damn expensive... But I guess everything is nowadays.

  We were served by a young lady named Shaney or Shawnee (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). She seemed reluctant to provide her name, which I found unusual, and unfortunately, her attitude and service were well below expectations. Her response to a simple question came across as dismissive, and I didn’t feel like a customer, more like a burden. I realize some might see this as a minor issue, but when you’re a customer spending a significant amount of money on take-out, a basic level of courtesy should be expected. The experience left me uneasy, even wondering about the handling of my order after she disappeared into the back. To make matters worse, after driving over 25 minutes home, we discovered our $70 meal was missing the large fries and the 2 dips for our tenders. For that price, it’s absolutely wild to be missing such key parts of the order. As for the food, it was fine, but significantly overpriced for the portion, lack of included items, and quality provided.
