  Placed an order through the app and removed the mayo on my sandwich as I don't react well to it. When i got there to pick up my sandwich there had been a glitch somewhere and the mayo was put on my sandwich. The only solution the staff could offer me to correct this was to buy another sandwich even though I know it had been ordered correctly on my side.

  I ordered my food but chose incorrect address for delivery by mistake and after 10min I called them to cancel the order and to place the new order but the Supervisor who picked the call answered that they didn't receive any order from that number. I provide them all the details but she said we don't have and disconnect my call which is so weird and irresponsible. and later after 30min the same person picking the call and answering that your order is all prepared.

  Absolute worst service received by the guy working at the Ferry location at night. The sandwich was supposed to be toasted & it wasnt; which was ok. The main problem i had is a piece of plastic I found in the lettuce (likely from a sauce, meat or lettuce packet) which I had to spit out. When i called the restaurant to see what can be done as I got rid of the sandwich, the guy working extremely rudely said bring back the sandwich or nothing will be done as they dont “trust pictures”. I live 30min out of town & its not possible to bring it back. No apology nothing, the absolute worst service in town.

  This location is hands down the cleanest in PG. The employees have always been pleasant and ensure the orders are neatly made and ingredients asked for are in every bite.
