We called the store, and they apologized and gave us a code for a free meal, which we appreciated. However, when we visited the store later to redeem the code, the staff member assisting us (Amrita) was quite rude and unprofessional. The tone and attitude made us feel uncomfortable, even though we were polite and simply following the instructions given by the store. In the end, we did receive the free meal as promised, but the customer service during that visit was disappointing. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better customer service in the future, as experiences like this affect the overall impression of the store.

Would not recommend going here past midnight.
