  On Christmas night, my husband and I ordered two chicken burger meals through the drive-thru. When we reached home, we realized there was no chicken patty in one burger. We called the store, and they apologized and gave us a code for a free meal, which we appreciated. However, when we visited the store later to redeem the code, the staff member assisting us (Amrita) was quite rude and unprofessional. The tone and attitude made us feel uncomfortable, even though we were polite and simply following the instructions given by the store. In the end, we did receive the free meal as promised, but the customer service during that visit was disappointing. I hope the management looks into this and ensures better customer service in the future, as experiences like this affect the overall impression of the store.

  Went after midnight Only one staff working. Ordered two quarter pounder meals. Got one of the drinks wrong and one of the burgers was undercooked to the extent that it was still pink and had a bad texture. Fries were cold and over salted. Would not recommend going here past midnight.

  This guy. Is like no I heard you you dont like us. No serve you. I have family that east Indian buddy. For one single human to not like "us" This has become a normal for 2 your managers that behave this way. Now I have to travel 5 extra blocks away ( to a way better Mickey d's on 15th) to get my coffee Now this guy Is saying i no like them Slams the window. Opens the window again, i no serve you. Slams it again. Opens again. I heard you. Argues to tell me that he's the boss. And he's calling the cops. Slams the window. His cook didn't look like he's enjoying his shift. You have 2 managers at this location that clearly do whatever they want, Serve who they want during their shift. Close up shop when they want. Even after they take your order. I have been accused of being racist and God knows what else. To the 2 members of your management team at 5th ave location *Sorry tried to fix the photos Won't let me delete duplicates* I dont care what's going on at home or the color of your skin. You should know to leave it there. You both a only night shift managers. You are not the boss. I am going through the proper channels to deal with this in a good way. Do better Macdonalds. For him to accuse me of not liking them.. what him? The east Indian people? His cook in back? (He looked very scared by the way.) Was very rude to get this at service your window. The boss said she'd talk to them about it on the a.m. of Jan 9th 2026. And now I get even worse service. People who know me. I am not racist. As long as the job gets done... "right" Like it gets dealt with.... but it doesn't. Make sense?

  One person in drive threw and the worker finds it a need to just keep chatting instead of getting the food to her and be on her way. This location ain't promising to go to if youre in a rush
