If you want to he served patties that have been stored in a warmer since the night shift at lunch this is the perfect place for you. 0 regards for customer satisfaction or care, when you call and give them constructive criticism you'll get nothing but attitude and entitlement.

Absolutely horrible fast-food chain. They always mess up orders. I ordered a kids grilled cheese, waited almost 20 minutes (so much for “fast” food), got home, and found cold bread with cold cheese. Not grilled. Not warm. Just lazy. I called the store and was told the kids grilled cheese isn’t grilled. Then don’t call it a grilled cheese. That’s not a mistake that’s poor customer service. Between the long waits, constant screw-ups, and zero accountability, this place has hit rock bottom. I’d rather throw my money in the trash than spend another dollar at McDonald’s.

I love visiting 15th ave mcd. The staff and service is amazing. Nice, clean place to sit and enjoy a quick meal.
