Handed my son a tiny cone with almost no ice-cream on top then a regular size one also plain. I told them I didn't order a tiny cone. I need a regular sized dip. I had already paid, they begrudgingly gave me my sons dipped cone then tried to charge me a second time! I told them Im not paying for youre mistake 😡 then she starts in trying to give me some speech about how this wont happen again. As if I didn't place a simple order then pay an outrageous price already. I sure's hell wasn't paying a second time for something I didn't ask for
