When I approached the counter and showed my phone to place an order, he was extremely rude and dismissive. His tone was disrespectful, and it felt like he had no interest in helping me or even being at work. I left feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy, regardless of race or nationality. It’s disappointing that this kind of behavior is tolerated. This was by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced at any Mucho Burrito location. I will not be returning, and I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training on how to treat customers with respect.
