- KDKayla DrewDec 28, 20251.0Went in and saw the lettuce was BROWN and wet. Actually so gross. I asked her to please get a fresh bag and she said NO. I am shocked that this hasn’t been shut down yet… does food safety even do inspections!? if I’m paying for a sandwich I expect the vegetables to always be fresh which they are not. And the employee also did not even care to change it out either. Subway used to actually care about their customers, it’s gone way down hill. Do better. Will not be coming back.

When you go in and actually try to resolve things, they laugh and smile at you when they're on the phone talking about the situation. You have excellent customer service skills, Aman. Ps. Maybe do something about your app. Taking money out of people's accounts, then claiming there was never an order? Such a joke.

The woman didn’t want mayo because she was allergic to eggs and said she might die if she ate it. The worker flatly refused to make a new one and kept glancing at me. I had to side with the woman with the allergy and tell the girl that allergies are nothing to sniff at and that she’s got to remake it. We were the only two customers in the store, it’s not like they were super busy. It’s very upsetting to see such a disregard to health and safety, I’m not coming back to this subway again.
