    This is my local subway so I come in often , hesitant to mobile order for this exact incident. I place my mobile order at 3:22 they say come for pick up 3:40. I come early to just relax in the cafe but I notice the worker is skipping my sandwiches that have already been toasted with some veggies to tend to other guests. She took two orders while letting mine sit and get cold. I tried to be patient as she’s alone but maybe just don’t skip my order and leave it out to get cold for 20 mins? I asked her to remake it as I did see it sit for that long out. She argued I’m wrong (I was watching it the whole time) and she asked if she can retoast it with the veggies still on it. I tried to be understanding but I did pay money at the end of the day for a fresh sandwich. Not my fault you let it sit for 20 mins and act like I’m the problem. And when it was being remade the second sandwich was made wrong and I had to correct her as kindly as I still could despite her attitude w our interaction before. This was the woman not wearing a name tag working 3-4pm Thursday Feb 5th. And the receipt will be added to also let the worker know I did put in my order around 3:20 to which she said I did not. Do better you knew you were in the wrong.

    I was very happy with the care that was put into making my food. Also the ingredients looked fresh and the kitchen looked clean.
