took almost 15 minutes to order, because cashier couldn't scan the coupon because she already scanned it once and didn't even notice. had to wait for manager.

This is easily one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too hahaha it’s wild, every single time I order without fail they downsize my fries and drink after charging me for the large. On top of the service being slow and just incorrect the actual food itself is terrible, stacks of pickles and clumps of onions, smeared ketchup all over the burger it’s like a blindfolded toddler assembles their burgers. Y’all really need to hire new people at this location cause it’s really bad

Decent, the food is warm and nicely made, but the wait times on some days I've gone is too much, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for a happy meal.
I've only gone a couple times, and all the times I went, I haven't noticed any drops in quality with food, or mistakes with my orders.

I ordered a Happy Meal and received a game card as the toy. Since the display showed Grinch toys, I went back to the counter to ask if I could exchange it for one of those. The server responded with an ironic attitude and kept asking me to “show” the toy I wanted, even though the display was locked and I clearly pointed to it. He then asked his coworker, who was even more ironic, laughing and said those toys might only be available tomorrow (Dec 05). However, according to what I saw online, they were supposed to be available starting Dec 02.
At this point, it felt like the staff either lacked information or simply didn’t want to be helpful — and I believe it’s more the latter. The toy itself is not the issue; their attitude and lack of professionalism say much more.
