Great McDonald’s huge area for the drive-through and I’ve almost never been made to wait for my food!
A hit or miss location, I’ve had some positive experiences here, but I’ve had more negative ones than the positives, which is why I am writing this review.
First off, the employees in the front counter area serve off their orders and clear it from the screen when the food hasn’t even reached the customers yet. Out of all McDonald’s I consistently visit, this one is notorious for making you wait 5+ minutes for a coffee when it is not even busy. You can hear employees chatting and laughing in the background, and from a customers viewpoint of waiting an excessive amount of time for a single coffee doesn’t really motivate me to come back. The staff here seem miserable and unsure of their own menu, and they refuse to serve breakfast an hour before closing even though they participate in the All Day Breakfast menu.
Also, be careful with their advertisement for “24 hours”, they open at 5am and close at 1am despite the many signs that say they are opened all night. Avoid this location if you can, the Oxford Connector store is ran much better, and you don’t get the feeling that they don’t care about you there.
Update: March 10th, 2026: hours for this location’s dining room is Monday-Sunday from 6am to 1am. Drive thru is 6am to 12am Monday to Sunday
The mobile order counter was a little busier than usual today. Just as I was deciding what to have for lunch with my 4 year old. Ryan greeted me with a smile. He asked what I wanted and repeated my order to make sure everything was correct. He seems like a really nice kid with a strong work ethic. Always finding things around the restaurant to do and staying busy. Keep it up Ryan! A great work ethic will open a lot of doors in life.
On February 22, 2026, I visited this McDonald’s during my break at around 12:15 PM. The service from the crew members was good. However, I witnessed unprofessional and rude behavior from the manager toward the employees.
I asked a crew member for the manager’s name, and I was informed that her name is Raman. She was yelling at the staff simply because the restaurant was busy. While I understand that rush hours can be stressful, it is not appropriate to speak to employees in a disrespectful manner.
If someone is unable to handle the pressure of the position, they should reconsider their role instead of taking it out on the team. This kind of behavior creates a negative work environment and also affects customers’ experience.
I will be reporting this matter further as well.
