She asked to have some set aside and held for pickup the next day. She was assured it was no problem and could come by the next day to pick it up. Went to pick up the order that was supposed to be on hold and was told it was all sold out. Asked about checking for an order that was put on hold for my wife and was responded to with a chuckle and again saying they were all sold out.

Tonight I was told I couldn’t buy from the salad section of the deli because it was closed, this was 6:30 pm and I’ve often picked up chicken salad or something else from this section. This made me unhappy and after I picked a couple of things and was leaving I saw the same staff member serving another client from that same salad section. I also asked the nice young lady at the till and she said she thought it closed at 9 pm so really unhappy
- KKKevinDec 9, 20255.0I normally shop at this Save on Foods and I want to give a big shoutout to Meghan from the bakery department (she also steps in to help other departments when they’re short and it really shows!) Every time I visit, she’s always busy helping customers with a warm smile. Whenever customers including myself, ask questions about completely different departments, she still explains everything kindly and clearly. Even if she’s working in another section at the time, she comes over right away to help, which I truly appreciate!! I was honestly surprised she is not a manager. One time when no managers were available, she helped me until everything was fully sorted out, even going to other departments to check and gather the information I needed. That moment really stood out to me. Employees like her make a huge difference. She takes pride in what she does, handles busy moments smoothly and treats customers with genuine care. Management should know how lucky they are to have someone like Meghan!!! She makes the shopping experience better every single time.
