When I reached the store, the entrance was closed and they refused to give my already-paid order through the drive-thru just because I was on foot. What shocked me even more was being told “we can’t give it, please come back tomorrow.” Seriously? I was standing there hungry after walking that far. When I asked to cancel the order and get a refund, they said it was not possible. No empathy, no solution, no customer service. If walk-in pickup is not allowed and drive-thru is vehicle-only, this should be clearly mentioned in the app before taking payment. Completely unacceptable and very frustrating experience.

The ticket timestamp showed the ticket was written 25 minutes after I made my order, while I was still eating my meal! Needless to say, I am disputing my ticket. I have screenshots of my order on the McDonalds app proving I ate there. Unless the unjust ticket is cancelled, I am NEVER coming back here again.
