Ordered about 30 min before pickup, got 2 of my orders waiting for the third. Had to wait for over an hour for the third order while other people who just ordered were getting their food. Staff weren't helpful about finding out what had happened or where about in line we were. First two bags I got became cold and soggy. Awful experience. In the end had to cancel the third order and ask for a refund.

The After Party promotion was a really bad joke, like something out of Gordon Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares. Waited over an hour along with like the worst mob crowd at the counter I’ve seen outside of Asian countries, and couldn’t even cancel my order because they kept telling us different things like oh your order is next and it’s just 2 more minutes — lies! The app will keep telling you there’s a 8-13 min wait but it’s actually an hour. Don’t fall for the trap! There were only like 4-5 people working their bones off at peak dinner hours with no organization whatsoever, so it was terrible to watch this entire thing. The little manager dude was super rude and only started showing up on the floor towards closing. Like seriously if you think about it, he’s supposed to have at least planned and “managed” this thing in advance, so he’s definitely responsible for this entire disorganized mess. Like at least update the app’s estimated time of pick up so people are not tricked into believing they can get their order in 10 minutes. Or like have more staff with a quicker order turnaround and a more efficient like some sort of assembly line or something, or have like 3 lines set up — 1) for those who ordered directly in shop, 2) for those who ordered from the app (but first come first serve or something since y’all like to make it fresh), and 3) another line for delivery drivers. Seriously figure out some sort of prioritization system if you’re going to offer something like this! So if your still reading this… unless you want to wait for like over an hour and you just have time to burn, or your like super loud and vocal and demanding, cus definitely saw some customers yell their way through to get their order quicker… then by all means, knock yourself out!

Worst customer service I’ve experienced. The staff did not honor the Customer Appreciation Day promotion and instead seemed to intentionally avoid offering it. The shorter employee with dark hair working around the 7 pm shift, along with her coworker, turned off online ordering for the promotion and repeatedly told customers it would be back up in “15 minutes.” When I returned after 15 minutes, they said the exact same thing again without any real explanation. Management was also rude. I understand it was busy, but misleading customers and making them wait instead of simply explaining that the promotion wasn’t being honored is unacceptable. This promotion only happens once a year, and it felt like the staff deliberately avoided it to make their shift easier. They were even laughing in the background while customers were waiting. They easily could have honored the promotion or handled the situation professionally, but chose not to. To make matters worse, the cashier was repeatedly touching her hair while handling orders, which is not very hygienic. Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning. * they better not respond with the generic “we’re sorry about your experience and provide me with a link that leads nowhere. Wanna make it right actually do something about this!!!

Unfortunately unprepared and disorganized for their "After party" promo. My order didnt come out after a total of an hour of waiting and we ended up having to cancel because our friends other orders which were ordered at the same time came out and ours never did after 30 min of waiting. Felt bad for the staff, but also disappointed.

We recently visited Five Guys in Poco and had an experience that really showed their level of care and customer service. My son has a peanut allergy, and unfortunately I completely forgot to mention it when ordering. He ended up having a mild reaction, which was obviously very stressful for me. I want to be clear that this was my oversight and not the staff’s fault at all. As soon as I informed the manager (I think his name was Lucky) what had happened, he was incredibly kind, understanding, and proactive. He immediately offered to remake a fresh burger and went above and beyond by offering a complimentary milkshake as well. I truly appreciated the manager’s response and the effort to make things right. Thank you to the team for your kindness and excellent customer service. It did not go unnoticed!
