We’ve been to many across BC and I can attest, it truly is the worst DQ. Stop hiring incompetent people who can barely get a simple order right. Hire people who actually care about customer service and making tasty food. Perhaps it’s lack of training or poor management. Luckily the other Poco DQ on Coast Meridian is good. — Sidenote: Also the loudest DQ we’ve ever been there. If you have noise sensitivity, do NOT go here.

Little lettuce pieces fall out of burger before I even get a first bite. Every other time some food/ice cream mishap. Cashier was really nice today though and made a chocolate cone for my daughter but just had to give an overall 1 star here after years of coming here thinking it's the worst DQ I've ever been to. Kitchen team needs to be completely retrained. Get fresh buns, stop using old left out chewy stale buns, etc. people come to DQ for a fresher experience but this location is always a letdown. Probably needs whole new management in the back. It's beyond lazy. Been going on for years apparently.

I just wanted to shout this cake design and the decorator for the cake we received today. The amount of detail in this is incredible-cake was delicious as per normal!
