    I went to Mucho Burrito during my break time. The girl at the counter who was wearing glasses had a very rude attitude. When I tried to order, she told me to wait for one minute, but I ended up standing there for almost 10 minutes. She didn’t take my order, didn’t even look at me again, and kept talking with another coworker like that was more important than helping a customer. It was very bad service. I left without ordering, and I’m never going there again.”very bad customer service.

    Been coming since COVID and the falloff recently has been tragic. They've recently switched to a much smaller bowl. Whatever they say about portions being the same is simply not true. The older circular bowls were just as long but much deeper, these oval bowls are only 2/3 the old size. They are also smaller than the chipotle bowls for a dollar more. Shame because they're fresher and tastier than other places but you come here to pay meal prices for a snack now.

    The last time I ate here the server barley put any rice , meat , or vegetables . It was like only eating a tortilla. You're better off eating somewhere else the service and food standards have significantly gone down hill as well.
