This has definitely got to be the worst of the DQ’s in the tri cities, and this one star review is long overdue.
This location has the worst staff, service and ice cream/blizzards. I likely should have left this review a while ago and don’t know why I keep going back. But this will definitely be my final time.
You can tell on the staffs faces they do not care about their job or anything for that matter. Just miserable faces with that same attitude goes into their product.
My wife and I got a blizzard and a cone, they were literally both melting by the time we got from the till to the car. My wife even gave the worker a look like seriously, this is how you’re going to serve this. Without a doubt dead pan face that was the best of their ability.
Think you guys should take some training lessons from the Port Moody location. Which being 10 minutes away is worth the drive then coming to this miserable place.

This is the worst DQ I’ve ever been to! I would rather travel way out of my way than to come back here. They literally charge for every single thing.
Just to add a couple sprinkles on my toddler ice cream, they charge $1.50 which is ridiculous. Their blizzards have barely any toppings in them. They don’t even keep napkins out, you have to ask for them at the counter. Customer service is terrible. Do yourself a favour and go to the one on Shaughnessy poco location

This place can do better, the quality is not there or care taken with food presentation as in often melty small poartions of ice cream. I quit ordering food there, but occasionally go for ice cream. The staff needs to learn how to kick out non patrons (groups of young obnoxious teens) making a scene with loud profanity and such taking up customer seating.

Had a cake here printed for my co-worker's birthday and they were able to do it in a faster time compared to other locations. The process was quick and easy and the results didn't disappoint!

I had a disappointing experience at this location. The staff member at the counter was consistently rude and did not communicate respectfully with customers. This was not a one-time incident—I’ve noticed similar behavior on multiple visits.I think she should learn how to deal with customers.
The tone, attitude, and lack of basic courtesy made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. Customer service should be polite and welcoming, and this location clearly needs improvement in that area.
I hope management addresses this issue, as it directly affects the customer experience. Unfortunately, I would think twice before returning.
