  99.9% chance you will not receive something in your order through takeout. The eat inside part is dirty and greasy. Seems like they dont clean very well.

  Ordered at the window quarter pounder blt meal no onions. Got to the the window, paid and got a mayo and ketchup pack, got my food, parked to make sure everything was there and headed home. Opened up my burger: Onions, 1 yup 1 little slice of pickle, and condiments about the size of a quarter.

  Drove through the Drive through this evening to buy a Fresh Coffee. I asked if there was any fresh brewed. Lady said yes. I'm like when, her reply is. Hour ago. So I ask for a fresh pot. She refused. . tells me to go to Tim Hortons. I have been buying coffee here for 12 years. Why was I treated like a shitty customer. ??

  I ordered my meal on the app using curbside pick up option paying in advance. When I arrived to the restaurant they had metal fencing around the whole building. Big sign saying drive thru open. I chose a curbside spot, the app told me my meal was complete I sat there for 30 minutes. Finally I drive through the drive thru only to be told due to renovation they had no access to mobile app orders. I showed them I had already paid. They said no problem they gave me my meal. Everything was good except my chocolate shake was a vanilla. Poor planning on the owners part. Poor staff must have been so stressed.

  Not the only complaint but they Screwed up an order by putting pickles on it and then offered me a free triple pickle sandwich as compensation. Poor service and management to say the least.
