I sat at self checkout waiting 10 minutes for assistance and nobody came to help, only when I decided to move to another till after being tired of waiting someone came and shut my whole till down. Lovely. Like they didn't want to help me but they were okay with shutting it down after I had left. Mind you there was nobody else in any other self checkout till near me and lines weren't that long. Horrible service.

Big shout out two Camille at the Floral Department in Port Alberni, BC. Camille went above and beyond to enlighten this basket with suggestions of kid treats such as chips, popcorn, and a couple little Dinki Toys along with some mini chocolate bars. She took the time to send me a photo of the cute masterpiece as well as my bill total. Thank you Camille, I hope your store manager and your staff recognize your work of excellence! Excellent employee. 👍 It made our grandson’s day. 🎈

Should know that we went for hamburger buns yet bought a couple of other things. Well, we’re getting ready to drive out onto the street in our car and here comes Richard running to make sure that we had it forgotten our hamburger buns. Talk about going above and beyond coming running Outside the store and make sure that we got our purchase so that we could eat our hamburgers tonight. Five stars go out to Richard for his customer service as we appreciate it so very very much.
