I came through the drive through and ordered a 2 oat 1 sugar large coffee the person said ok, I got to the window and they said a 2 milk 1 sugar I reiterated that I wanted oat milk not a dairy milk and they said yeah haha okay. Then when I got to my final window I reiterated again and they said yep and I picked up my coffee. I am very sensitive to dairy but with all the different non dairy milks places use I wasn't 100 percent sure if it was indeed oat or milk and I drank it as they said it was oat. Unfortunately once I got home I was quite sick for most of the day as it contained dairy, this isn't some fad for me I can't have dairy and they put it in anyways 0/10 stars terrible!

I always come here later at night once I’m off work and the night crew is awesome. I don’t mind the few minute wait but I appreciate that they always apologize, my food comes out pretty quick, the staff is super nice and sincere, my food is hot and tastes fresh (for as fresh fast food gets). Thank you night crew for making my nights end well!

Why you block dashers-"I've been dashing for 2-3 years and have never experienced anything like this. This new manager at the McDonald's location has been blocking drivers left and right. We're constantly waiting 15-20 minutes, sometimes even half an hour, for orders, with no explanation or apology. Yet, if we're even 2-3 minutes late, we get blocked. This is unacceptable. The manager needs to get their act together and improve their own service before they start penalizing drivers. When the store is busy, every dasher is left waiting, which isn't the case at other locations. Something needs to change."
