This new manager at the McDonald's location has been blocking drivers left and right. We're constantly waiting 15-20 minutes, sometimes even half an hour, for orders, with no explanation or apology. Yet, if we're even 2-3 minutes late, we get blocked. This is unacceptable. The manager needs to get their act together and improve their own service before they start penalizing drivers. When the store is busy, every dasher is left waiting, which isn't the case at other locations. Something needs to change."
