  This McDonald's offers a convenient location for obtaining food between 7 AM and 3 PM. I would like to commend a particular lady at the drive-thru window, whom I believe is named Lori. Her politeness and friendliness consistently contribute to a positive start to my day before work. I could easily engage in conversation with her for an extended period. Additionally, there is a younger lady at the pickup window who consistently greets customers with a warm smile and a pleasant morning greeting. She handles food delivery with remarkable care and precision, almost robotically, to prevent any spills or drops. These two employees consistently enhance my day. Regrettably, their presence is not always guaranteed, and this absence is noticeable. During my evening and weekend visits, I have encountered issues with service and order accuracy. As a customer, this can be frustrating, especially since I primarily choose this location due to Lori and the morning staff. The decline in service and order accuracy when they are not present is quite evident. Consequently, I have recently opted to purchase only my morning coffee here, choosing a competitor for my food. I sincerely hope that these aforementioned issues can be resolved. I plan to attempt ordering food again in approximately a month, specifically on a weekend or in the evening, to observe if any improvements have been made. I have also provided feedback through customer surveys, offering them an opportunity to rectify these concerns. However, I have consistently received generic responses, expressing regret for the incorrect order and stating that the comments have been forwarded to management for a learning experience.

  I go there to get a coffee sometimes. I don't know what they're doing to that coffee now but it's horrible. I legit can't even drink it. Glad I stopped eating that nasty food many years ago. Lesson learned can't even get okay coffee there now. Never going again!

  It’s so upsetting! So I’m craving for Mccrispy and decided to order online for just one item and pick up at store and the mistake I did was I didn’t check the product they gave me inside the bag because I was in a hurry. When I arrived home and open the bag it’s a bigmac. I called the store, they will give my correct order whenever I go there but the things my craving is for today😭

  Not even 10am and already out of burritos…. Again. This is a repeat issue at this franchise but only at this franchise. One order board seems to be out forever on the right take out lane. Not that it matters because the microphone on that side makes it super difficult for staff to hear you anyways. A franchise in decline with an owner who doesn’t seem to want to keep up with maintenance and inventory. I feel for the staff.

  hasn’t been good since like 2016 shut this place down put a tim’s in. they have burnt my egg mcmuffin like 10 times and claim their egg mcmuffin machine never works. shame on the mcdonald’s franchise. shame on pitt meadows, shame on egg mcmuffin’s. if i could give zero stars i would this is a dark day in mcdonald’s history
