The guy didnt know what he was doing so he double charged me, and grabbed 4 gift cards but forgot which 2 he loaded so he gave me all 4. When i saw the double charge on my banking i went back to get it fixed, while i was dealing with the girl who seemed to not believe me even though I showed her my banking another lady came in who was triple charged. After about a half hour of the employee pissing around she said she would get the owner to call us. That was 5 days ago. Still out $50

I arrived to pick up a DoorDash order, but the Subway restaurant was completely closed even though they were still accepting orders online. This caused a big inconvenience and wasted time. If the restaurant is closed, they should stop taking orders to avoid issues for customers and drivers as well as they should update on google.Hope they fix this in the future.
