  I’m writing as a concerned member of the community regarding a high-pitched ringing noise coming from your building during nighttime hours. The sound is persistent and carries into the surrounding area, making it very noticeable and disruptive. I’ve been told by individuals on site that the noise is intentionally used as a deterrent to prevent homeless individuals from staying nearby. If that is the case, this raises concerns about how this approach impacts not only vulnerable people, but also other members of the community who are exposed to the sound. Regardless of the intent, the noise affects everyone in the vicinity and creates an uncomfortable environment. I hope this matter can be reviewed and addressed in a way that is considerate of the broader community.

  Very good service. Nice and clean. Great variety of products. One of my favorite stores in Penticton. Wish prices be more affordable.
