  They have literally owed me a refund since October 27th of last year I was promised it would be issued to my card not once but TWICE. Both times I did not receive the refund. I now live out of town so I recently came back and called to ask if I could just get a replacement in which the night worker on the phone was super unprofessional and unhelpful and told me because it’s been 3 months they can’t do anything so pretty much kfc will give you shitty food then refuse u a refund and lie ☺️ save yourself the hassle and go to Popeyes.

  A disgusting experience in every sense of the word. The chicken was neither crispy nor fresh—soggy skin, extremely greasy, and tasted stale. The staff’s attitude was worse than the food itself and they refused to offer any solution or take responsibility. Money wasted. I will never come back and I do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

  Very bad experience. The chicken was extremely greasy and soft, and when I complained, the staff were rude and unhelpful. Poor food quality and poor customer service
