They had run short on cilantro. And instead of telling customers they were out, they did something with the judgment of a 12 year old. They large chopped all of the cilantro stems in with the leaves... it ended up being about 3/4 unchewable stems. It ruined the much burrito. I was so bummed that I haven't eaten fast food in months. The general quality of restaurants has been terrible in the last 5 years. But Mucho had always been decent. It ruined my burrito and hurt my throat when swallowing lol. I imagine many other burritos were also ruined. I went a few days ago and saw a traumatizing amount of stems in the cilantro bin. This problem has persisted.... Bar Burrito over near Walmart has made me a few great burritos. So maybe avoid this place if the ingredients look sus.

We like mucho burrito genuinely and just want to share feedback that helps. Service was good. Single person working the front, and she didn’t know what to charge us for extra chicken on the side but she made it work. We sat and ate and unfortunately the smoke from the kitchen area was unbearable near the corner booth that we took our food and left. Our eyes were burning from the smoke really badly. The air circulation is poor maybe or the exhaust was not turned on? It has happened before and we let it go, but every time it happens and it makes us want to leave. Kindly check this with your management. Besides that the food is good.
