- CSCory SmithMar 5, 20261.0Horrible customer service and care! I bought a sub and a bottle of water. I ate my sub at the store and as I was throwing out the wrapper I accidentally dropped the full unopened bottle of water I purchased in the garbage bin. I informed an employee and asked to get a new bottle and was told I needed to purchase another one. I guess they wanted me to rummage through the trash to quench my thirst. That’s not how I would treat a paying customer.
