What a terrible grocery store. Dear lord, ive never saw anything like it. Here is what you need to do. Design a training program for each role, specifically personal shoppers and customer service reps who handle incoming customer contact. You need to break their training down: 1. Customer service at the forefront. 2. Individual processes and procedures. 3. Add some "What -if" scenarios and the correct procedure to deal with it. Tie it all in with company policies, SOP Manual and some training videos on employee etiquette and expected demeanor. Also, a second higher level of training for managers and how to assign a delivery order to a shopper, and how to ensure the shopper selects products properly and effectively, never changing or altering an online order without the consent of the customer. Checks and balances system to ensure customer satisfaction! The Shopper must sell your products BUT they are also acting on behalf of the customer!!!!!! Selecting quality and picking items that are attractive. Do not pick the bag of apples that no one will buy because they are bruised, just so you can move products. Customer service, customer satisfaction. You need to improve these two areas of your business model and training systems. You're welcome.

Went to get resers potato salad but for some reason they take it out of the original packaging and jack up the price. They had containers labeled as resers salad with about 7 small bites in the container for more than it costs to buy the 1250g (1.25kg) tub which is $9.97 anywhere you go. Absolute rip off. I also asked an employee where the other salads were, thinking there was salads in a container and all I got was "I don't know that's probably it" I worked at a grocery store for years, if you don't know then buck up and do your job and find someone who does know.
